Customer relations
The work structure at Solventis is flexible according to each of its clients; however a usual work structure would be the following:
- Meeting:
Presentation of the client's needs and plans, presentation of Solventis and its way of proceeding. Objective: presentation and initial analysis of the situation.
- Solventis performs an internal analysis of the situation.
- Proposal meeting:
Solventis provides its opinion in the client's plans and defines the operation structure (stages, agenda, fees).
- Signing the agreement and initiating the work:
The entire process takes place with utmost confidentiality. If the process does not proceed, Solventis will return all the information provided until such moment.
